I founded Quintessentially Swiss as a true passion project, shaped by over two decades of experience in recruitment and a life lived between Switzerland and the United Kingdom. 

This unique journey has allowed me to absorb the very best of both cultures: the precision, discretion, and structure of Switzerland, alongside the refinement, warmth, and understated excellence of British service.

Over the years, I have successfully placed hundreds of individuals, developing a deep and intuitive understanding of what it takes to match the right people with the right environments.

My professional background spans public relations and social communications, private wealth management, strategic management, recruitment, and hands-on experience as a nanny at the very beginning of my career. 

This breadth of experience enables me to appreciate both the professional expectations and the personal dynamics required to deliver truly exceptional placements.

As the founder, I bring a uniquely personal perspective to the industry. I understand first-hand the level of care, discretion, and professionalism required, as well as the profound difference the right individual can make within a household. I have always believed in doing what one loves , a principle that has guided both my life and career.

I believe deeply in people,  in their individuality, their talents, and their potential. Every candidate I place is someone I genuinely believe in. Empathy, in particular, has become one of my greatest strengths,  something I bring into every interaction, every placement, and every relationship I build.
